សមាគមគ្រូពេទ្យស្ម័គ្រចិត្តយុវជនសម្តេចតេជោ ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១២ ដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត និងលោកជំទាវ។ សមាគមនេះ បានចុះធ្វើសកម្មភាព មនុស្សធម៌ នៅតាមសហគមន៍នានាទូទាំង២៥រាជធានីខេត្ត ដើម្បីផ្តល់សេវាពិនិត្យព្យាបាលជំងឺ ជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្រីក្រដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ និងមិនប្រកាន់ពូជសាសន៍ ពណ៌សម្បុរ ឬនិន្នាការនយោបាយអ្វីឡើយ ក្នុងគោលបំណងរួមចំណែកជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្រតាមរយៈ ការផ្តល់សេវាសុខភាពជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្រីក្រដល់ទីកន្លែងសំដៅជំរុញឲ្យសេវាសុខភាពសាធារណៈកាន់តែចូលទៅកៀកប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅតាមមូលដ្ឋាន។

ដើម្បីអោយការងារ TYDA កាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ឋភាព សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានផ្តល់នូវអនុសាសន៍មួយចំនួន:

៣)សូមកុំទុកអ្នកជំងឺដែលមកព្យាបាលនៅកន្លែងយើងហើយដោយមិនបានព្យាបាល។ ត្រូវតែបញ្ជូនអ្នកជំងឺទៅពេទ្យណាដែលអាចជួយស្រោចស្រង់គាត់បាន និងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ឲ្យបានដិតដល់។

៤)ត្រូវព្យាបាលអ្នកជំងឺដោយមិនប្រកាន់និន្នាការនយោបាយនោះទេ មិនថាអ្នកជំងឺនោះមកពីបក្ស ណានោះទេ គឺត្រូវតែខិតខំយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ព្យាបាលឲ្យបានជាសះស្បើយ។

៥)បន្តសហការជាមួយដៃគូរប្រទេសនានាដែលគេចង់ជួយ ពីព្រោះជួនកាលប្រទេសជាដៃគូរមាន បច្ចេកទេសល្អៗដើម្បីជួយលើវិស័យនេះអោយកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ ដូចច្នេះត្រូវមានការសហការគ្នាជាមួយដៃគូរបរទេសជាបន្តទៀត។
